Great staff and decent location. We paid a fair amount for the room but honestly, I would have booked a room anyway if it were 14 dollars higher. Perhaps the hotel should consider deleting the parking charge and adding to the room cost or splitting that cost in other areas. No one should have to pay to park! I love it, everything was really good, I would like to be more day but I couldn't. The only problem is not free Internet in the room.

This hotel was absolutely beyond our expectation. We go to horror nights at Universal Studios every year for my husband's birthday and would rather just stay the night since the park doesn't close till 2am. We were really only looking for a place to lay our heads till morning but this hotel was far more. The beds were very comfortable with down mattress toppers, down pillows, and a down comforter, all like new. The room was really good sized especially for what we paid. One of my favorite things is the shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, etc. in the bathroom. They weren't cheap. It was all from bath and body works and smelled really good! The only thing that irritated me about staying here was the parking. Its $14 dollars a day and you really don't have a choice because there is no other parking. ...read more
